RESOLUTION ~D~i'~NDING TOWING LIST
THROUGM AUGUST 31, 1999.
W'H]~.EAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is in the process of
developing an updated Towing Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said process has taken longer than previously anticipated to
develop; and
WH~.EAS, in order to continue to insure that the towing needs of the
Borough are satisfied, it is necessary to once again extend the current
list of licensed towing operators.
NOW, TH~, BE IT AND IT ISHERE~YRESOLVE~, that the list of tow-
ing operators currently being used shall remain in effect until August
31, 1999, or such earlier date as a revised Towing Ordinance may be
developed.
Adopted the 7th day of July, 1999
and certified as a true copy of
the original on July 8r 1999.
