REAL PROPERTY VALUATION UPDATE
TOWN OF BREWSTER - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Brewster Town Administrator is seeking proposals from persons, partnerships,
or corporations FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF FISCAL 2023, 2024, 2025 AND
2026 INTERIM YEAR REVALUATION UPDATES, AND FISCAL 2027
RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM, AND FOR A CYCLICAL RE-INSPECTION
PROGRAM
Specifications may be obtained at the Town Administrator’s Office, 2198 Main
Street, Brewster, MA 02631, Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or by
email request to Donna J. Kalinick, dkalinick@brewster-ma.gov. Proposals will be
received at the Town Administrator’s Office on or before Tuesday October 12,
2021 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals received after this time and date will be returned
unopened. No exceptions will be made. All proposals should be submitted in two
sealed envelopes clearly marked “NON-PRICE PROPOSAL” and “PRICE
PROPOSAL” and labeled, “Proposal for Property Valuation Services”. Fax
proposals will not be accepted. The Town has determined that this procurement is
subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, G.L. c.30B. Therefore, the provisions of
G.L. c.30B are hereby incorporated by reference into this RFP, as are any other
provisions of law that are applicable to or are otherwise required to be made part
of this RFP
The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all
proposals and waive any informalities in request for proposal procedures to the
extent allowed by law.
