BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 18, 1980
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
2 in regular session December 18, 1980 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the
3 Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Anderson presided with Mr. Webb
4 present. Mr. Meredith was out of town. The following business was had,
5 to-wit:

7 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 11, 1980

9 Mr. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as pre-
10 pared, seconded by Mr. Webb and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
11 carried.

13 REQUEST FOR DRIVEWAY PETITION - 1304 N. W. 5th
14
15 Mr. Webb presented a driveway petition request from Ivan Foust for 1304
16 N. W. 5th Street for a new business. The request has been checked by
17 Engineering, Planning and Traffic and all three (3) recommend approval.
18 Mr. Webb moved for approval of the subject driveway petition, seconded
19 by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

21 CHANGE DATE FOR NEXT TWO BOARD MEETINGS

23 Mr. Anderson announced that due to the Christmas holiday, the next Board
24 of Works meeting would be held on December 24th at 9:00 a.m. , and the
25 following week the Board of Works meeting would be held on December 31st
26 at 9:00 a.m. due to the New Year holiday.

28 SET HEARING DATE UNDER UNSAFE BUILDING ORDINANCE - 95-97 Ft. Wayne Avenue

30 Mr. Anderson set January 8, 1981 at 10:00 a.m. for the hearing for
31 Elizabeth Barrett.
