1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana met
2 in regular session February 14, 1980 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Muni-
3 cipal Building in said City. Mr. Meredith presided with Mr. Anderson and
4 Mr. Webb present. The following business was had, to-wit:

6 Mr. Webb moved the minutes of the previous meeting be approved and placed
7 on file as prepared, seconded by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote
8 the motion was carried.

10 There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
