This request will need Common 20 Council approval before becoming effective. Mrs. Cindy Anderson, 34 South 21 17th, appeared stating she agrees that traffic is a problem; however, she 22 feels the solution is to do away with the curb cut for McDonald's for this 23 street or "no left turn" from this exit. She noted there is especially a 24 problem on week-end nights and McDonald's has parked a car across this 25 exit at these times to prevent traffic on South 17th Street. She pointed 26 out that cars go faster on a one-way street. If the curb cut was closed, 27 she would go along with the one-way.
