BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 21, 1978
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in regular session December 21, 1978 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the
3 Municipal Building of said City.. Mr. Meredith presided with Mr. Anderson
4 and Mr. Webb present. The following business was had, to—wit:

6 Mr. Webb moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as prepared,
7 seconded by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote, the motion was carried.

III9 Mr. Meredith announced that, since. approval from the Washington Office of
10 UMTA Grant Division has not been received, the awarding of a bid on fare
11 boxes will be held until next meeting.

13 City Engineer George Webb stated Meadow Park 2nd & 3rd Additions have been
14 completed, and proof of ability to take over maintenance requirements has
15 been reviewed by the City Attorney and found to be in order. Mr. Webb
16 moved Meadow Park 2nd and 3rd Addition be accepted, seconded by Mr. Anderson
17 and on unanimous voice vote, the motion was carried.

19 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
20 the meeting was adjourned.
