RESOLUTION Ab'IHORIZING THE RI~IM~AL OF A TRAI~.FR PARK LIC~I~SE
FOR %HE 1999-2000 LIC~I~SE 'r~ TO CAR£EI~nT MOB~I~ PARK.
9~, the owners of CARTERET.MOBILE PARK have made application
to renew their Trailer Park License for the 1999-2000 License Term
and have paid the proper fees therefor; and
WH~I~FAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions
and regulations now or hereafter promulgated; and
W~, Carteret Mobile Park, located at 1501 Roosevelt Avenue,
has been inspected and approved for renewal by the duly author-
ized representatives of the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITAND IT IS HEREBYRESOLVI~), by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that a Trailer Park License
Renewal for the 1999-2000 License Term be and is hereby granted
to CARTERET MOBILE PARK.
BE IT F~RE.SOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret to issue a Trailer Park Renewal License for the 1999-
2000 License Term to Carteret Mobile Park, effective July 1, 1999
and to expire June 30, 2000.
Adopted the 15th day of July, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 16~ 1999.
