CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, SEPTEMBER 21, 1978
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
2 in regular session September 21, 1978 at the hour of 9:00 a.m., in the
3 Municipal Building of said City. Mr. Anderson presided with Mr. Webb present.
4 Mr. Meredith was absent.

6 Mr. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as prepared,
7 seconded by Mr. Webb and the_motion was carried:, — _.b c =

9 Mr. Anderson moved to take under advisement a request for a No Parking sign on
10 Woodside Drive, seconded by Mr. Webb. Petitioner Don Hendricks was not present.
11 Motion carried.

13 Mr. Anderson moved to approve the Declaratory Resolution changing the name of
14 Hawthorne Drive to Stoneybrook Lane; and to change Beachwood Lane to Woodland
15 Trail, as requested by the Post Office. Mr. Webb seconded the motion. Motion
16 carried.

18 Per request of Mr. Ed Nicholson, contractor, Mr. Anderson moved that the matter
19 of Hidden Valley, 7th Section, will be approved when the witness statement is
20 •corrected to conform with the dedication statement; when lots adjacent to it have
21 been identified, approval of easements by RP&L and Richmond Gas Company, and
22 approved plans for construction of S .W. 18.thStreet. Mr. Webb seconded and the
23 motion carried.

25 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
26 meeting was adjourned.
