BOARD OF PUBLIC.WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE •
CITY .OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JANUARY 12, 1978
1 The Board of Public Works and .S:afety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
2 regular session January 12, 1978 at the. hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal
3 Building in said City. Mr. Meredith presided with Mr. Anderson and Mr. Webb
4 present. The following business was had, to wit:

6 Mr. Webb moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, seconded by
7 Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote, the motion was carried.

9 Mr., Webb reported he had:.inspected the streets, curbs and storm drainage of Meadow
10 Park Subdivision 1 and found them to be acceptable. Mr. Webb moved acceptance,
11 seconded by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

13 Mr. Meredith' reported he had received lists from the Street, Airport, Park,
14 Fire, Police, Community Development, and Board of Works for 1977 budget items,
15 either purchased and invoices were not in or are under contract, to be carried
16 over to be paid from .1977 budgets. Mr. Webb moved these be accepted, seconded
17 by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

19 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed, the
20 meeting was adjourned.
