RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RI~AL OF A TRAII.FR PARK LICI~ISE
FOR THE 1999-2000 LICI~qSE ~ TO ~ TRAILER PARK.
WHI~, the owners of TOWER 2~RAILER PARK have made application
to renew their Trailer Park License for the 1999-2000 License Term
and have paid the proper fees therefor; and
WttEREAS, the applicants have agreed to comply with all provisions
and regulations now or hereafter promulgated; and
Wtf~Tower Trailer Park, located at 26 Dalbert Street, has been
inspected and approved for renewal by the duly authorized repre-
sentatives of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret.
NOW, ~RE, BE 1TAND IT iS HI~,EBYRESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that a Trailer Park License
Renewal for the 1999-2000 License Term be and is hereby granted
to TOWERTRAILERPARK.
BE iT FURTHI~tRESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized and directed by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret to issue a Trailer Park Renewal License for the 1999-
2000 License Term to Tower Trailer Park, effective July 1, 1999
and to expire June 30, 2000.
Adopted the 15th day of July, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 167 1999.
