6 Mr. Andenson moved to appnove the minutes o4 the previous meeting as presented,
7 seconded by Mr. Webb and on unanimous voice vote the motion was cannied.

11 Capt. Loper pre ented a Letter {nom the State Highway Commission regarding
12 relinquishment oh US 40 h.om the Nonlh R/W oh the Junction oh S. W. 5th Sttceet
13 and US 40 to the West R/W o{ the junction oh N. W. 1st Stheet and Main Stteet
14 to the City of Richmond. This is a distance oh 0.46 mites. The State Highway
15 has agreed to repair the intetsection oh S. W. 5th and Main Stteets and to
16 patch ate chuck hates in the ret nquishment area.
