SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC, WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JULY 29, 1977
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
2 Indiana, met in special session July 29, 1977 at the hour of
3 8: 30 a.m. in the. Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Meredith
4 presided with Mr. Anderson and Mr. Webb present. The following
5 business was had, to-wit:

7 Community Development Director Tim Ryder presented the plans
8 and specifications for the Bealview project.

10 City, Engineer George Webb has examined the plans, specifications
11 and bid sheets with staff in his office. City Attorney Edward
12 Anderson also examined the forms.

14 Mr. Ryder made a correction to read from 4th to 7th Streets
15 on "P" and "0".

17 Mr. Webb moved the plans and specifications for Bealview
18 addition be approved, seconded by Mr. Anderson and on unanimous
19 voice vote the motion was carried.

21 Mr. Meredith set August 11, 1977 at 9:00 a.m. for the opening
22 of bids for the project.

24 There being no furhter business no motion duly made, seconded
25 and passed the meeting was adjourned.
