1 The regularily scheduled meeting of the Board of Public Works
2 and Safety of the. City of Richmond, Indiana, for June 16, 1977,
3 was not held as Mr. Anderson and Mr. Meredith were out of
4 town.

6. Mr. ' Ge.orge. Webb received bids at 9:15 •a.m. for advertised
7 gasoline, diesel fuel- and Street'Department materials which
8 : were placed in an envelopes and sealed' to be opened at a special
9 Board meeting to be held June 17, 1977.

11 At 9:30. a.m. Mr. Webb received bids for the reconstruction of
12 North 20th Street and North' ` ..r Street and the installation of
13 curbs and sidewalks as advertised by the Department of Community
14 Development, which were placed in an envelope and sealed to
15 be opened at a special Board meeting to be held June. 17, 1977.
