FRASER PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES
The section of the Fraser Town Code which regulates development permits is
Chapter 16, Article 4, B- Business District. The Farmers' Market is a temporary use
and as such would be considered a minor proposal.
Last year, the owners of the Winter Park Market applied for a development permit to
operate a Farmers' Market at the General Store. Although, the PC conditionally
approved this request, the Farmers' Market never came to fruition last year. The Winter
Park Market has submitted the same development permit for this year. Pending any
issues that may arise at the public hearing, Staff is recommending approval of
Development Permit Farmers' Market at the Winter Park Market adjacent to the
"General Store" at the Village at Grand Park with the condition that all signage conform
to the Fraser Sign Code or an approved First Amendment to the Grand Park Sign Plan.
Mark Hanna was present to represent Winter Park Market. The starting date will be
around July 1St
