FOR THE SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. That the Town Manager is hereby authorized accept the bid and award and execute the
contract for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project with Western Slope Utilities in an
amount not to exceed $65,800.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED, AND ADOPTED THIS 21 DAY OF JULY, 2010.
