Mayor Ross presiding and councilmen Haack, Okones, Kruse,
Lindeman and Luwe present;
Minutesof Sept meetings were read and on motion approved
as read.
It was moved by Okones second by Haack that the Mayor
sign agreement of division of 194o ta$ on Park grounds
on a 5A- 5A basis with the Former owner Chris Neesen so
that the Co Auditor can properly assess said real estate
Motion carried.
It was moved that the Firemen and the Marshall inspect
chimneys and stove pipes within the F ire zone during
the week of Oct ?th, motion carried.
It was moved by Haack second by Okones that the Marshall
hire someone th clean the Sludge beds at the Disposal
plant and not to pay to exceed more than �lOjd.00.
motion carried.
Tt was moved and seconded that the Water wvnks committee
decide and locate a new spot for a new well sight.
It was moved and seconded that Hoag &Ames be
iven contract to dig another well , 8 " diameter at
2.50 per foot, and not to exceed a depth of 200 feet.
motion carried.
