CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE AT
G5 BERGEN STREET
WHEREAS, Cecilia Soto, G5 Bergen Street has requested a handicapped parking
space: and
WHEREAS, the individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking space: and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection
to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that a handicapped parking space shall be
designated at G5 Bergen Street
Adopted this 15th day of July, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on Julv 16, 1999.
