CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 30, 1976.
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
2 Indiana; met in regular session December 30, 1976 at the
3 hour of 9: 00 a.m. in the Municipal Building in said City. Mr.
4 Reinke presided with Mr. Meredith present. Mr. Webb was absent.
5 The following business was had, to-wit:

7 Mr. Meredith moved to correct the minutes from the previous
8 meeting on line 47 to read "Line charges effective" (insert
9 charges) , seconded by Mr. Reinke, and on unanimous voice vote
111 10 the motion was carried.

12 Mr. Reinke moved that the City exercise its option to purchase
13 the property at 33-35 North 10th Street at a total price of
14 $19,000.00. Mr. Meredith seconded the motion and on unanimous
15 voice vote the motion was carried.

17 There being no further business on motion duly made, secondedo
18 and passed, the meeting was adjourned.
