BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, NOVEMBER 4, 1976
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
2 in regular session November 4, 1976, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in the Municipal
3 Building of said City. Mr. Reinke presided with Mr. Webb present. Mr.
4 Meredith was attending a Mayor's Roundtable in Bloomington. The following
5 business was had, to-wit:

7 Mr. Webb moved to approve the minutes of the previous regular meeting,
8 seconded by Mr. Reinke and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

10 Mr. Webb read a request from the Street Light Committee for installation of:

12 31 - 175 watt post top street lights on So. 24th from Reeveston
13 Road to So. "E", on So. "D" east from 24th and So. "C" Place.

15 26 - 175 watt post top street lights on So. 13th from "L" to
16 W rnle Road.
17 Mr. Webb moved to approve this request, seconded by Mr. Reinke. Motion carried.
18 Mr. Webb moved to approve and file a report from the Bureau of Buildings for
19 October, 1976.

21 Mr. Reinke announced the next Board of Works meeting will be Wednesday,
22 November 10th at 9:00 a.m. as the City offices will be closed on Thursday,
23 November filth in observance of Veteran's Day.

25 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
26 the meeting was adjourned.
