(1) Total demolition: The amount to demolish the building, and remove all debris from the site, and disposal cost for the debris and grading the lot in compliance with the Land Development Code; or (2) Partial demolition: The amount to demolish the building, and remove all debris from the site, and disposal cost for the debris, grading the lot and the cost of additional construction or reconstruction so the exterior of any partially demolished building or building abutting an adjacent building that results in repair or reconstruction complies with this chapter and the Florida Building Code, as amended.
