CANCEL TAX OVERPAYMENT
WHEBEAS, the Tax Collector of the Borough of Carteret
has reviewed the rolls and determined that certain
residents and property owners have overpaid taxes,
and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the tax
overpayment be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by
the Council of the Borough of Carteret, in the County
of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector is
authorized to immediately cancel the tax overpayment
as follows:

Adopted this 15th day of July, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July 16, 1999.
