Home My Public Portal AboutOrd. 16-16Orbinalla No. 16 -16 JA f 4t ORDINANCE APPROVING ADDITIONAL ND FOR THE SPECIAL IWROVENFENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has previously established a Special Improvement District pursuant to Ordinance No. 03 -47; and WHEREAS, the Borough needs to amend and update the properties constituting said NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, NEW JERSEY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The listing of real properties, attached hereto, shall be added to the present SID District property list maintained in the office of the Director of the Carteret Business Partnership and the said amended SID property list shall constitute the revised SID District. Section 2. The aforesaid listing of properties shall continue to constitute the SID until further amendment or modification hereof.
