Violation Number 1012000000069991 Alijah Veneszee Officer Don Howe presented the Case for the City. then Mr. Veneszee presented his side. Magistrate Taylor found Mr. Veneszee guilty and ordered him to pay the $158.00 fine and the $75 hearing fee. 4 Code Enforcement Hearings 4.1. 21-360 Juilia Wilkens is the registered property owner. Ms. Wilkens was not present, but her son was present to represent her, as Ms Wilkens has been diagnosed with dementia. He was unaware of the notices of violation. The address of the violations is 605 East Chestnut. Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by June 19th. If the violation is not cleared by June 19th, the recommendation is for a fine of$250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum. After reviewing the staff report, and hearing the plaintiff, the Magistrate accepted the staff recommendation and ordered the same. 4.2. 21-391 Hayward Lee is the registered property owner. Mr. Lee was not present at the meeting. Address of Violations is 108 -112 s booker Street Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by June 19th. If the violation is not cleared by June 19th, the recommendation is for a fine of$250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum. After reviewing the staff report, and with no one at the hearing to present the plaintiff side, the Magistrate accepted the staff recommendation and ordered the same. 4.3. 21-529 No one was present for the property owner Address of violation was 795 McClellan Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by June 19th. If the violation is not cleared by June 19th, the recommendation is for a fine of$250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum.
