Registered owners are 5T Wealth Partners, OLP in Altamonte Springs, FL. No one was present at the meeting to represent the property owners. Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by July 16th. If the violation is not cleared by July 16th. , the recommendation is for a fine of$250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum. After reviewing the staff report, and without comments from the property owner who was not present, the Magistrate accepted the staff recommendation and ordered same. 4.2. 21-700 Address for the violation is 229 S Lincoln. Mr. John McLaughlin is the Registered property owner . Ms. Brenda gates spoke for Mr. McLaughlin she has the power of attorney. Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by July 16th. If the violation is not cleared by July 16th. , the recommendation is for a fine of$250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum. After reviewing the staff report, and hearing the plaintiff, the Magistrate accepted the staff recommendation, but amended the amount of the Daily fine to be $100 a day, instead of $250 and ordered the same. 4.3. 21-467 Address of the property is 821 South Brett Street. Property owners are Mary K and Maury Jones, who were present at the meeting. Code enforcement presented the evidence in the case. Recommendation was for the hearing fee of $250 to be paid by July 16th. If the violation is not cleared by July 16th. , the recommendation is for a fine of $250 and day to be assessed to the property, with an interest rate of 6.77% per annum. If the City prevails in prosecuting a case before the Special Magistrate, it shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred in prosecuting the case before the Special Magistrate, and such costs may be included in the lien authorized under FS 162.09(3).
