or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer of the news-

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated

(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the require-
ments constituting qualification as a qualified newspa-
per as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.

has adopted Ordinance No. 433. The
ordinance amends regulations related
to c-meteries as a conditional use with-
in r sidential zoning districts. The ordi-
nan e established a maximum lot size
of 0 acres and setback requirements
for burial sites. The ordinance also
chnged the maximum mausoleum
heir ht to 15 feet. A copy of the complete
