The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,met in a meeting of the Committee of the
Whole A[ro; 18,2022 in the Council Chambers in the City Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street,
Richmond, Indiana.
Present were Councilors Lucinda Wright;Bill Engle;Jeff Cappa;Jeffrey Locke; Gary Turner;Jane
Bumbalough; Ron Oler; and Larry Parker. Absent was Doug Goss.
Vice President Parker presided.
The purpose of this meeting was to discuss REDISTRICTING. There was no vote taken.
