A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CRESTVIEW, FLORIDA,
SUPPORTING FLORIDA SENATE BILL 1944 AND FLORIDA HOUSE
BILL 1567, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Crestview has recognized that there is a need for the strengthening of Utility Poles in
the Crestview area; and
WHEREAS, the City of Crestview opposes the use of double poles by Utility companies,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Crestview of Okaloosa County,
Florida that:
The City Council of the City of Crestview urges Florida Senator and Representatives to pass Senate Bill 1944
and House Bill 1567.
