Mr. Reinke presided with Mr. Meredith and 4 Mr. Webb present. The following business was had, to'=wi:t:: • 5 6 Mr. Meredith moved to accept and file proof of publication for bids for 7 Sal.isbury..Road Sanitary Sewer. 8 9 The :following bids on Form 96 and 96A and accompanied by bid bond or 10 certified check: were recorded for tabulation for this sewer: 11 12 Cain's Lakes Excavating • $71 ,367.57. 13 • 14 Mike DeLucio & Son • 68,988.13 15 16 Eastern I:ndi:ana Asphalt 64,310.03 17 18 Mote Construction 69,541 .63 19 • 20 . Oberholtzer Construction 71 ,631 .79 21 • 22 Mr. Dale Jacobs suggested these bids be taken under advisement and 23 given. to him for tabulation. 24 • 25 Mr. Meredith. moved bids be given to Mr. Jacobs , seconded by Mr. Webb and 26 on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 27 28 Mr. Webb presented a curb cut request from Dave White.; 1505 No. "H 29 This site has been checked by traffic division , zoning and the City Engi- 30 neer and they recommend curb cut be approved. 31 III32 Mr. Webb moved approval of the request, seconded by Mr. Meredith and on 33 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried. 34 35 Mr. Webb presented a curb cut request for Elmer Nicholson ; 510 So. 5th. 36 This: request has been checked by traffic division , zoning and it is re- 37 commended the owner make a drawing or sketch which shows the• following: 38 • 39 1. Location of drive with respect to house and drive on south side. 40 2. Type. of pavement to be. used. 41 3. Construction material used in the retaining wall . 42 4.
