BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APRIL 29, 1976
1 The. Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session April .29, 1976, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. in the
3 Municipal Building, in said city. Mr. Meredith presided with Mr. Webb
4 present. The following business was had, to-wit:

6 A request was presented from F & M Contractors, R.R. 1 , Clayton , Ohio,
7 for a curb cut to be located at 3637 East Main Street.

9 Mr. Webb moved approval of this request subject to a $7,000 bond for
10 storm drain approved plan, seconded by Mr. Meredith and on unanimous
11 voice vote the motion was carried.

13 There being no further business , on emotion duly made, seconded and
14 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
