SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE..
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 19, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session December 19, 1975 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. in
3 the Miicipal Building in said City. Mr. Burton presided with Mr.
4 Willis present. Mr. Judge was absent. The following business was had
5 to-wit:

7 This special meeting was to take bids for Seventh Street Skyway and
III8 Eighth Street skyway.

10 City Attorney, Robert Burton examined proof of publication for bids to
11 be received and found it to be in order.

13 Mr. Burton moved to accept and file proof of publication, seconded by
14 Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
