SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICIHJND, INDIANA, DECFNBER 11, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session December 11, 1975 at the hour of 4:00 P.M. in
3 the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr.
4 Willis present. Mr. Burton was absent. The following business was
5 had to-wit:

7 This special meeting was for approval of Meadowbrook Acres Annex.

9 Mr. Judge moved to approve the original signing of the Meadowbrook
10 Acres Annex on August 28, 1975, seconded by Mr. Willis and on
11 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

13 The reason for this delay is that the original tracing was misplaced
14 therefore, the approval was not included in the official minutes of
15 the August 28, 1975 Board of Works meeting.

17 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
18 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
