Brett,
I spoke with Rosie in your office, and she suggested that I email you regarding the subject project.
We (Brannon & Gillespie, LLC) have been engaged by the Town of Gulf Stream to provide consulting and
project management services for this project. The project is to be accomplished in two phases. We are
currently preparing to begin Phase 1 which is the area running from Pelican Lane on the south end up to
Golfview Drive. Phase 2 will eventually cover the remainder of the town running up to Little Club Road. If you
have not already received permit requests for Phase 1 from the utilities (FPL, ATT, Comcast), I believe you
should be hearing from them soon.

In connection with this project, the Town also plans to have the existing FPL street lights and poles removed
and replaced with Town owned lights and poles in the same locations as the existing lights. This will include
lights located in the SR A1A right-of-way. Before we begin submitting a permit request, we would like to meet
with you and understand FDOT’s requirements.
Would you please give me a call at (561) 346-3209 or otherwise let me know a time that you would be
available to meet in the next few days. We can come to your office which I understand is on Forest Hill
Boulevard (our office is in Wellington). I am available anytime this week except tomorrow (Thursday) morning.
My schedule is also flexible early next week if that works better for you.
