Below is a summary of the current status of the easement requests for Gulf Stream.
The four remaining easements we are still working to get are:
Barbara Whittaker - 1120 N. Ocean - Counted as "VERBAL COMMITMENT"
(but may be tentative)
David / Mark Rubenstein (Trustee) - 1221 N. Ocean - Counted as "VERBAL COMMITMENT"
and...
Joanne Hayes - 1060 N. Ocean - "TO BE CONTACTED" - No contact; multiple phone messages left
Robert Craft - 1357 N. Ocean - "TO BE CONTACTED"; Rita has spoken to Mrs. Craft who said she would
speak to Mr. Craft and then contact Rita to
meet them at their home to notarize. RIta is trying to contact them
again, but house staff would not say if they are home or out of town.
