RE: Agenda Item - Transfer of Funds Request
As you are aware, the Honorable Town Council adopted the attached Ordinance 2019-83 amending
the Fiscal Year 2019 compensation of the Town Auditor at the October 22, 2019 Town Council
Meeting.
The amended compensation needs to be adjusted in the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget. Therefore, I
respectfully request the attached transfer be placed on the November 12, 2019 Town Council Agenda
for your consideration

Vice President& Watertown,Section 2-7(c),provides the mechanism to adjust the Town Auditor's
District C Councilor annual salary amount as may from time to time be provided for such office by
Caroline Bays Ordinance.

Anthony Donato, WHEREAS: The current salary of the Town Auditor established effective July 1,
CouncilorAt Large 2016 (Fiscal Year 2017) is$107,862.

known as the Town of Watertown adjusts the Town Auditor's salary as follows:
