Mayor Buelterman called the consent agenda to order at 6:30PM. Those in attendance were Paul Wolff, Kathryn Williams, Frank Schuman, Mayor pro tem Shirley Sessions, Wanda Doyle and
Bill Garbett. Also in attendance were Bubba Hughes, City Attorney; Diane Schleicher, City Manager; and Jan LeViner, Clerk of Council.
Mayor Buelterman listed the following items on the consent agenda:

Mayor Buelterman called the regular meeting to order at 7:00PM. Those in attendance for the Consent Agenda were still in attendance.

Kathryn Williams made a motion to approve the consent agenda. Paul Wolff seconded. Vote was unanimous
Consideration of Ordinance, Resolutions
First Reading, Ordinance 36-2011, Use of Municipal Beaches. Mr. Hughes will bring back language for an upcoming meeting.
First Reading, Ordinance 31-2011, Business Licenses Sales in Public Property. Mr. Hughes will bring back language for an upcoming meeting.
First Reading, Ordinance 30-2011, Beach Equipment Rental. Mr. Hughes will bring back language for an upcoming meeting.
Second Reading, Ordinance 37-2011, Sec 4-050(F)(2), Miniature Golf Courses. Wanda Doyle made a motion to approve. Paul Wolff seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Council, Officials and City Attorney Comments
Shore Protection Ordinance. Mr. Hughes stated that he and Mr. Parks have been working on final language and should have an ordinance soon.
City Managers Report
Bicycle Friendly Program, Diane Schleicher
Paul Wolff made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session. Kathryn Williams seconded. Vote was unanimous.
Paul Wolff made a motion to return to regular session. Bill Garbett seconded. Vote was unanimous.
