SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND , INDIANA_, SEPTEMBER 15 , 1975
1 The Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond ,
2 Indiana, met in special session September 15 , 1975 at the
3 hour of 1 : 30 p .m. in the Board of Works Room in the Municipal
4 Building in said City . Mr . Judge presided . Mr . Burton and
5 Mr . Willis were absent . The following business was had to-wit :

7 The purpose of this special meeting was to receive bids for
8 Community Development Project No . 1-75-17-1 and Project No .
9 1-75-18-2 .

11 Bids were received as follows : Project No . 1-75-17-1 from
12 Cain Lakes Gravel in the amount of $282 , 421 . 89 and A _& D
13 Excavating in the amount of $349 , 982 . 40 .

15 Project No . 1-75-18-2 from A & D Excavating in the amount of
16 $92 , 398 . 16 , Cain Lakes Gravel $98 , 720 . 55 , and Edward Smarreli
17 in the amount of $29 , 643 . 60

19 Edward Smarreli ' s bid was for part of the project .

21 Mr . Judge examined proof of publication for receiving the
22 above bids and found it to be in order .

24 There being no further business on motion duly made , the
25 meeting was adjourned .
