Danny,
Our original staking plan included a total of 41 staking locations. Of these, 34 have been staked to date and two
(2) have been cancelled (Hidden Harbor new development)
The remaining five (5) locations have not yet been staked for various reasons:
- This location was included in the original staking request, and should have been staked but was apparently
missed by surveyor:
- Staking Locn #22 - Across from 1304 N Ocean Blvd on south side of "South Private Roadway"
- These locations were pending easements at the time, but easements have now been obtained (ready for
staking):
- Staking Locn #27 - 1221 N Ocean Blvd
- Staking Locn #38 - 2002 Pelican Ln
- This location is still pending easement:
- Staking Locn #21 - 1357 N Ocean Blvd (Robert Craft)
- This location is pending resolution of fence versus TX placement (need to move fence?):
- Staking Locn # 32 - 1100 N Ocean Blvd
Perhaps the time has come to discuss next steps on the fence issue at 1100 N. Ocean Blvd?
