SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND , INDIANA, JUNE 10 , 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
2 . Indiana , met in special session June 10 , ' 1975' at the hour of
3 2 : 00 p .m. to receive bids for parking controll systems . Mr .
4 Burton presided with Mr . Judge present . Mr . Willis was
5 absent . The following business was had to-wit :

7 Mr . Burton , City Attorney, examined proof of publication
8 for bids to be received and found it to be in order .

10 Mr . Burton moved to accept and file proof of publication,
11 seconded by Mr . Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion
12 was carried .

14 Bids were received from the following : Dayton Stencil Works
15 Co . in the amount of $15 , 625 . 00 and Kain Electric , Inc . in
16 the amount of $15 , 670 .

18 Mr . Burton moved to take the bids under advisement , seconded
19 by Mr . Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
20 carried .

22 There being no further business on motion duly made , seconded
23 and passed , the meeting was adjourned .
