SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MAY 27, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session May 27, 1975 at the hour of 11 :45 P.M. for the
3 purpose of acquisition of property for construction and widening of
4 Williamsburg Pike. Mr. Burton presided with Mr. Judge and Mr. Willis
5 present. The following business was had to-wit:
III7 Mr. Judge moved to authorize City Attorney, Robert Burton, to proceed
8 with imminent domain proceedings against B.P. Davis and Mary Estella
9 Davis for the acquisition of their real estate fronting on Williamsburg
10 Pike, being .58 of an acre, pursuant to I.C. 1971 , 32-11-1-1 et seq and
11 any other applicable statutes of the State of Indiana and also authoriz-
12 ing such proceeding against any other property owners owning property
13 needed by the City for the construction and widening of Williamsburg
T4 Pike, seconded by Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
15 carried.

17 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
18 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
