BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MAY 13, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session May 13, 1975 at the hour of 2:00 p.m. in the
3 Board of Works Room in the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge
4 presided with Mr. Willis present. Mr. Burton was absent. The following
5 business was had to-wit:

7 The purpose of this special meeting was to receive bids for final
8 construction of multi-level downtown parking garage.

10 Mr. Judge moved to accept and file proof of publication, seconded by
11 Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

31 Mr. Judge moved to take bids under advisement until Thursday, May 15,
32 1975, seconded by Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
33 carried.

35 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
36 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
