BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, MAY 2, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana
2 met in special session May 2, 1975 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the
3 Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr. Willis
4 present. Mr. Burton was absent. The following business was had
5 to-wit:

7 Mr. Judge moved to submit an ordinance to Council appropriating $8,000
8 from the Motor Vehicle Highway Cash Operating Fund, $1 ,000.00 to be
9 for motor oil and $7,000.00 to be for equipment (jack hammer and air
10 compressor) for the Street Department, seconded by Mr. Willis and on
11 unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

13 This replaces the appropriation request approved May 1 , 1975 for
14 $1 ,000.00 for motor oil .

16 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
17 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
