SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APRIL 15, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session April 15, 1975 at the hour of 2:00 p.m. in
3 the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Judge presided with Mr.
4 Willis present. Mr. Burton was absent. The following business was
5 had to-wit:

7 Proof of publication to advertise for bids for the Sitework, Excava-
8 tion, Filling and Backfilling and Pipe Sewers for the multi-level
9 Parking Garage was found to be in order.

11 Mr. Judge moved to accept and file proof of publication, seconded by
12 Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

14 The following bids were received:

16 A & D Excavating Company, base bid $111 ,000.00, alter. No.
17 1 deduct $500.00.

19 Cain's Lakes Excavating, base bid $126,055.55, alter. No.
20 1 deduct $650.00.

22 Mike DeLucio & Son, base bid $97,860.00, alter No. 1 ,
23 add $675.00.

25 Mote Construction, base bid $163,583.35, alter No. 1 ,
26 deduct $700.00.

28 Mr. Judge moved to take bids under advisement and study, seconded by
29 Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

31 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and
32 passed, the meeting was adjourned.
