My suggestion is to use something like 6 or 7 percent, although the actual rate will be a fraction of that.

I just need a ballpark amount for the loan, say within a million dollars or so. If the loan is too small the banks will charge
a higher rate.

I think we have to back into this. Susan needs to verify when we must have financing in place as per resolution. Mark has
indicated the time required for us to meet any date prescribed by Susan. Then Mark can give us an estimated interest
rate. I think this is how we come up with the estimated interest rate. Everybody, please chime in.
