SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JANUARY 31 , 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in special session January 31 , 1975 at the hour of 10:55 a.m. in
3 the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Burton presided with Mr.
4 Willis and Mr. Judge present. The following business was had to-wit:

6 The purpose of this special meeting is to sign agreement to purchase
7 land to construct the new No. 2 Fire Station located near Winding
8 Ridge Drive.

10 Mr. Judge moved to approve and sign the Agreement to purchase land from
11 the Midwest Investment and Development Company in the amount of $5,000.00,
12 seconded by Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

14 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
15 the meeting was adjourned.
