Susan, In gulf Stream we have a parcel that is being subdivided into three parcels. The original owner is
keeping one and selling the other two. Is there any legal requirement that the assessment be reallocated across
the three lots, or can it remain with the original owner putting the requirement on him to collect compensation
thru the sale price when he sells the two other lots.
