CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, JANUARY 23, 1975
1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
2 met in regular session January 23, 1975, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. in
3 the Municipal Building in said City. Mr. Burton presided with Mr.
4 Judge and Mr. Willis present. The following business was has to-wit:

6 Mr. Judge moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting seconded
7 by Mr. Willis and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

g Mr. Judge moved to advertise for bids to be taken for 1975 Tree Removal
10 on February 13, 1975 at 9:15 a.m. , seconded by Mr. Burton and on unani-
11 mous voice vote the motion was carried.

13 Fire Chief William H. Berry requested permission for Fire Marshal Claude
14 Loudy and Drillmaster Larry Bosell to attend the Fire Department Instructor's
15 Conference in Memphis, March 25 thru March 28, 1975.

17 Mr. Burton moved to grant permission for Fire Marshal Claude Loudy
18 and Drillmaster Larry Bosell to attend the Conference in Memphis , seconded
19 by Mr. Judge and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

21 Mrs. Luther Koehring, member of League of Women Voter, observed the
22 meeting.

24 There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded and passed,
25 the meeting was adjourned.
