Hi Pam & Danny -- Thanks for copying me on these emails. For the time being, let's keep the emails between consultants
and not copy Bill Thrasher and Rita Taylor. Once we have the final numbers and information, we will submit all the
information to the Town in final form.
Also, in my annoying attorney way, I think it would be best if Danny would provide a somewhat detailed breakdown of
the current project cost estimates in a table or spreadsheet. That way, there will be a clear number for Willdan to plug into
the calculations, and we are certain that everyone is working with the same set of numbers.
Danny - Can you provide Pam with an updated breakdown (identifying the major cost categories with breakout of
meters, laterals, etc.)? I'm not sure what you mean by "exempt Town expenses" and would like you to give me a call this
afternoon on my cell phone (941-320-30054) about that if you would. If I don't answer, leave a message with a number and
time when I could call you back. That way I can understand your reference.

Current Opinion of Total Project Cost is $5,442,742.00
You will need to split out the costs for meter enclosure change-outs, service lateral replacements, and exempt Town
expenses. The meter change and service lateral unit costs previously provided have not changed.
