As discussed, the four condo buildings north on Little Club Road are served from the line running down the middle of Little
Club Road which we will be undergrounding. The condos are circled in RED.

Danny - This is a little different from what I had understood so let me ask the question slightly differently:
Has the GAF credit already been applied to your estimated project costs of $5,442,742.10 shown in your April 11, 2011
memo to Willdan Financial?
If it has, I assume that the GAF credit reduced the cost shown in your 4/11 memo item #5 - Utility Conversion Costs
(Contractors, FPL, AT&T & Comcast) $3,926,612.50 ?
The reason I am asking again is that the GAF credit is not shown as a separate line item on the 4/11 memo as compared to
your March 12, 2010 Feasibility Report to the Town (which had a total opinion of cost of $4,642,424.92 after application of
an $877,009 GAF credit). So, I assumed that the GAF credit had not yet been deducted from the project costs shown in
your April 11 memo. If the GAF credit has already been applied, then the project costs increased by almost $1M??
I am not suggesting that the GAF is money coming to the Town and that is an irrelevant issue at this moment. I am simply
trying to find out if the total project cost of $5,442,742.10 in your April 11, 2011 memo (which is the cost included in the
assessment calculations at this time) has already had the GAF credit subtracted.

The GAF credit is a reduction in the FPL charges and is included as such in the Project Cost of $5442,742.10.
Like other credits provided by FPL for this type work and in accordance with the FPL Electric Tariffs filed with the Public
Service Commission, the GAF credit is only pointed out for information and is in fact accounted for as a reduction in the
bill we will get from FPL. Any consideration of this credit as money coming to the Town would be in my opinion
inappropriate.

Danny - Based on the most recent cost estimate for the Gulf Stream Undergrounding Project you presented to the Town
Commission on 4/11/2011, has the GAF credit changed from $877,009.00? If I use your most recent project cost estimate of
$5,442,742.10 and the GAF Credit of $877,009, it would appear that direct project engineering/construction costs to include
in the assessments are $4,565,733.10. Is this the correct number? Please let Willdan know as soon as you can (pls copy me
as well) as Habib is finalizing numbers. Pam has probabably already confirmed this with you. If so, just forward me what
