The project budget approved by the Commission is $5,500,000. That does not include financing expenses, tax collector
expenses, assessment methodology expenses, bonding expenses. We probably need to discuss.
Concerning the plans and specifications, we understand these are needed to be available by 4/21. We will start
immediately to put these together.

Mark - Attached is the opinion of cost that Danny submitted to the Town Commission last week. At the present time,
financing costs have not been estimated (I think Bill Thrasher has made some informal, preliminary estimates) nor have
they been included in the preliminary assessment calculations. Of course, before assessment rates are noticed and
adopted, such additional costs will be included. Please feel free to give me a call if you have questions.
