Bill, Can you swing by this address and look at the Comcast and AT&T service to verify that it is underground and comes
from the street.
Susan, the Comcast service will be replaced to run from the new underground pedestals that will be installed. Comcast
will run a new service as they do not splice to extend existing runs. If for some reason the services were not replaced
during construction, we would adjust the records to reflect that. That could possibly occur if a pedestal happens to be
placed at the pole location where the service runs up to the overhead lines.

Danny - Please review the attached letter questioning the data regardig onsite utilities. Habib checked his information
which shows that cable and telephone need to be undergrounded. Please check on this as soon as possible and let us
know if the data used in the calculations needs to be corrected. Needs to be done today or tomorrow. Let me know if you
can't check up on it that quickly. Thanks, Susan
